Comfortable but very ineffective
The underwear is very comfortable and nice to wear. However, they are supposed to offer some protection, “light protection” as they call it. It fails miserably at even that and you will leak. I had to add a guard in the underwear to keep from embarrassing accidents. So, bottom line NOT Worth The Price. Regular Underwear with a disposable incontinence guard works better. At the end of the day these are little better then underwear.
