Adult Cloth Diapers Reusable Adjustable - HD27

I currently use disposable adult diapers full time for heavy bladder incontinence. I wanted to try using a cloth diaper for overnight. When I started searching for adult cloth diapers, it was pretty confusing. So many different choices and options. I saw a video about these on youtube and decided to give them a try. I ordered the diaper kit + 2 pack of boosters. After washing them a few times per instructions, I got it ready for use with 2 booster pads. It was easy to fasten the diaper on, very similar to putting on a disposable. It has comfortable leg and waist elastics thst hug your body to prevent leaks. It fit me very well, but I was really surprised by the bulk. My first thought was that it wouldn't be comfortable. After a fee minutes with the diaper on though, I noticed how soft the lining felt and I felt comfortable with the bulk between my legs. I wore them at home the first time and used them as I would a disposable. I was active doing house and yard work. They absorbed really well and I felt dry after each void. I wore it for 8 hours and didnt experience any leaks .I was surprised that the diaper remained comfortable the whole time. After washing, I wore it to bed and slept 8 hours with no leaks. I did use plastic pants over it to make sure there would be no leaks as suggested. I plan to buy more in the future so I only have to wash twice a week. Overall, these were bulky, but comfortable and absorbent.

We ordered an adjustable adult cloth diaper kit HD27 with two additional pads as suggested by a customer service rep. The diaper fit very well even with the two extra cloth inserts. The diaper handled a heavy wetter all night without a need for a night time diaper change . The pee pad was dry so no leaks with our new cloth diaper kit with the two extra inserts! This is our new "go to" home night time diaper

I decided to give these a try to reduce costs on disposables. They have not disappointed at all. I use them with a double insert, like one of your videos showed (but I will say I did that before seeing the video, so I was on par with you). They have a little bulk to them, but they're very comfortable and surprisingly absorbant. The recommendation is to use plastic pants with them, and that's a good recommendation for any cloth diaper. However, the waterproof material is superb and the absorbancy is fast. I've worn them many times without plastic pants and done just fine at least for one wetting. I was surprised. You should try these -- they're a great value!

This is just what I was looking for. I use it as a diaper cover for extra protection keeping the diaper underneath in place. I need to buy a few more.

I bought this for my grandson who is too big for kid diapers and was wetting through adult throw away diapers during the night. Unfortunately, this set up didn’t hold the amount of urine he expels while sleeping. I will put in a double liner on his next sleep over to see if that will hold it all.
