Not the best ones to buy I have to purchase the TENA Active Fit one use pants, they are the most effective lasting around 6hrs with around the same amount or fluid

These were barely better than regular underwear. I had poor results they leaked and left me wetter than the pads I use. Hope others had better results. I will not be using these again.

Our leakproof underwear has a maximum absorption capacity. Feeling wet or experiencing leaks usually means the padding has reached its full saturation limit and can no longer hold additional liquid.

Incontenance due to stenosis.
I needed something but was afraid to order an unknown product. When it came I immediately hand washed them and hung them out to air dry, 6 hrs later they were ready to use. I was over joyed not to drip every time I stood up. Drying time was faster when I blotted the with a dry towel to get more moisture out. That way I can wash them with hotel shampoo and they will be dry the next morning.
