I got urinary issues where when I got the urge to go I can’t really reach the toilet in time- been this way for about 7yrs now and I have found that my voids have grown in size to where, with cloth backed diapers, it has started to leak directly from the diaper itself instead of from the leg gathers. I never thought of trying diaper covers until I saw the ad on Facebook regarding extra protection and gave it a shot. I’m a big guy at 6’2 and 256lbs so I will say the 4x runs a tad tight in the legs for sure but on a 12hr work day, my diaper leaked into the cover but stopped right there as it promised!
