Change Of Mind Returns
We offer a product exchange or refund should you change your mind regarding your purchase. To request a return, please reach out to us to obtain the appropriate return address. We kindly request that you refrain from returning items to the address on the package independently. Orders that have not been prearranged for returns with our team in advance will not be processed. Conditions you must comply with in order to be able to exchange your product purchase or receive a refund are stated below:

The pad was big for my level of leakage, making it difficult to use the fly easily.
Better than I expected. Made 2 purchases, one XL and one 3XL, both useable but my optimum size is in between 2XL.
I am now comfortable in public.
Becauseyou only stitch the padding in place at the two ends, but not along the sides, when washed, they get all bunched up in the middle, and there is no way to pull them back flat, because the padding is inside. I'm very didappointed in the product, especially considering how outrageously expensive they were. Hasn't anyone there ever tested out the product to see what happens when they are washed? I would frankly like my money back. I would never recommend your product to anyone.
They have given my husband back his dignity. No more worries about being embarrassed. I just wish he would have told me that the first pair purchased were a little small before I ordered the next 3. Highly suggest you go one size higher than normal underwear. Otherwise great product, washes well and no more pads to throw in the garbage.
These briefs have good padding, from waist in the front, to half way up the back. However, the padding is just hanging loose in its area, and after they were washed the padding was kind of balled up between the sides.
My GF spread the padding out and sewed a seam down each side to hold the padding in place and now they are fine. After a seam down each side, this product gets 5 stars.
