Change Of Mind Returns
We offer a product exchange or refund should you change your mind regarding your purchase. To request a return, please reach out to us to obtain the appropriate return address. We kindly request that you refrain from returning items to the address on the package independently. Orders that have not been prearranged for returns with our team in advance will not be processed. Conditions you must comply with in order to be able to exchange your product purchase or receive a refund are stated below:

Before Your Wear: Wash your underwear before wearing them for the first time! This will prime the fabric's Technology in the gusset. This initial wash ensures that the fabric's pores are open and ready to absorb moisture effectively.
1. Rinse immediately: After use, rinse the underwear with cold water to remove excess urine.
2. Hand wash preferred: Hand washing allows for more delicate care, especially around the gusset area. Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners.
3. Machine wash (gentle cycle): If you prefer machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water. Place the underwear in a mesh laundry bag to protect it.
4. Air dry: The best way to dry underwear is by air drying it flat. Or you can Avoid direct sunlight as this can degrade the fabric and cause discoloration.
5. Tumble dry: If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting or the “air dry” option.
Tip:
For optimal hygiene and performance, it's recommended to replace your underwear every 3-6 months.
For stubborn stains on your underwear, a stain remover specifically designed for fabrics is recommended.

Unlike many other reusable producers, the padded area has soft fabric and seams that do not cause as much chafing. Unfortunately, the waist band is nowhere near strong enough to hold the underwear up. Also, the waist needs to be higher, especially at the rear.
Fit well and seems like it will work for my accidents
I was looking for the old school elastic briefs. I had prostate surgery last July
Sizing is wrong and too small . I used the sizing guide which said I should order size large. Tried them on could get them barely past my knees.
