Change Of Mind Returns
We offer a product exchange or refund should you change your mind regarding your purchase. To request a return, please reach out to us to obtain the appropriate return address. We kindly request that you refrain from returning items to the address on the package independently. Orders that have not been prearranged for returns with our team in advance will not be processed. Conditions you must comply with in order to be able to exchange your product purchase or receive a refund are stated below:

In order to receive an exchange or refund for your return, you will need to pay for the eligible items to be returned to our warehouse at your own expense.

Before Your Wear: Wash your underwear before wearing them for the first time! This will prime the fabric's technology in the gusset. This initial wash ensures that the fabric's pores are open and ready to absorb moisture effectively.
1. Rinse immediately: After use, rinse the underwear with cold water to remove excess urine.
2. Hand wash preferred: Hand washing allows for more delicate care, especially around the gusset area. Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners.
3. Machine wash (gentle cycle): If you prefer machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water. Place the underwear in a mesh laundry bag to protect it.
4. Air dry: The best way to dry underwear is by air drying it flat. Or you can Avoid direct sunlight as this can degrade the fabric and cause discoloration.
5. Tumble dry: If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting or the “air dry” option.
Tip:
For optimal hygiene and performance, it's recommended to replace your underwear every 3-6 months.
