Change Of Mind Returns
We offer a product exchange or refund should you change your mind regarding your purchase. To request a return, please reach out to us to obtain the appropriate return address. We kindly request that you refrain from returning items to the address on the package independently. Orders that have not been prearranged for returns with our team in advance will not be processed. Conditions you must comply with in order to be able to exchange your product purchase or receive a refund are stated below:

Before Your Wear: Wash your underwear before wearing them for the first time! This will prime the fabric's technology in the gusset. This initial wash ensures that the fabric's pores are open and ready to absorb moisture effectively.
1. Rinse immediately: After use, rinse the underwear with cold water to remove excess urine.
2. Hand wash preferred: Hand washing allows for more delicate care, especially around the gusset area. Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners.
3. Machine wash (gentle cycle): If you prefer machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water. Place the underwear in a mesh laundry bag to protect it.
4. Air dry: The best way to dry underwear is by air drying it flat. Or you can Avoid direct sunlight as this can degrade the fabric and cause discoloration.
5. Tumble dry: If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting or the “air dry” option.

For optimal hygiene and performance, it's recommended to replace your underwear every 3-6 months.

Easy just wear make sure you put on mesh bag when washing and I let air dry. I have over active bladder very light leaking due to meds and fibromyalgia.

Waste fits good length is good crutch could be a little tighter to make the pouch fit more snug waistband didn't roll down all day of wearing them exorbitant material left me a little damp
They are more comfortable then depends but no area if number 2 acts up. Under dress pants for Sunday makes me look more "normal" and I try to keep my Coffee and sodas to a minimum. They seem to machine wash well in cold water and I air dry instead of using the dryer. Only had them for two weeks so will keep trying them.
