After use, rinse in cold water (below 30℃ or 86 ℉) until the water runs clearycle. Next, put the underwear in your machine for a cold wash on a delicate or slow cycle. In a delicates bag is even better. Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Hold the fabric softener.This reduces the product’s function.
Ordered a L for my son. They were baggy in the crotch area and leaked. I did the prep - hand wash in cold water, line dry and still I think they're mediocre, at best. Quite disappointed - especially given that these are not cheap! Would not recommend and will definitely not repurchase. Bummer.

4x is great for adults
I am an adult, 34" waist, had prostate surgery and leak. The 4x size is PERFECT for me. Much better looking then all of the 'Mens' offerings. Fits perfect and contains my leaks. This is not for constant stream or anything more then occasional leakage. But because of that they do not feel bulky, feels like normal boxer briefs.
