What is a Rewards Program
Welcome to the CARER rewards program! Rewards program is designed to give you back a little something each time you shop with us!. Once you've joined our reward program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Benefits of Joining the Rewards Program
1)100 Points = US$10 Reward. Redeem points for rewards when you spend over US$100. Up to 300 points can be used for each order.
2)ENJOY exclusive benefits and privileges. The details of these Offers are set out from time to time on the Website.
How to Join the Rewards Program
There is no separate registration process for the rewards program. It’s simple as can be - just create an account
here and you will receive 50 points to get you started! If you’ve previously created an account, you’ve been automatically enrolled ( we’ve already given you some points to start!) and can start earning points. You can see and redeem your accumulated points on the rewards program.
Don’t forget to input your birth date within member widget here, to receive your birthday treat from us!
Note:
- You must log into your account on site to earn points when start going shopping.
- You must input your birthday at least 30 days before to receive your reward.
How to Earn Reward Points
1)Purchase more and earn more points. (spent US$10 earns 10 points)
2)Register an account earns 50 points.
3)Subscribe to earn 50 points.
4)Follow our Facebook or Instagram account earn 20 points
5)Complete information（Fill in mobile number earn 30 points, Fill in birthday information earn 30 points）
How do I redeem points
You can choose to spend your points at the checkout, but please ensure you are logged into your account. Once your order is over US$100, you’ll have the option to redeem your points at check out.
Please note that points will be deducted accordingly from your account upon redeeming a reward.
Rewards Program Level Description
1)The VIP level is determined by the accumulated level range of points in the account. After reaching a certain level condition, you will get the membership status of the corresponding level and enjoy the benefits of that level.
2)The consumption value is the value after conversion at a ratio of 1:1 according to the actual amount paid in the CARER. For example, you buy a pair of panties for US$10. According to the converted rules, you will receive 10 points.
3)All registered users of CARER can obtain VIP0, VIP1, VIP2, and VIP3 status. This credit is non-transferable and only applies to your registered account.
Rewards Program Conditions:
V0: past 365 days, US$20<CARER Consumption≦US$300
V1: past 365 days, US$300<CARER Consumption≦US$600
V2: past 365 days, US$600＜CARER Consumptions≦US$900
V3: past 365 days, CARER Consumptions>US$900
Upgrade & Downgrade
1)During the validity period if the accumulated CARER points reach the next level or above, you can obtain the upgraded membership status and corresponding benefits after the order confirms receipt.
2)During the validity period of CARER points, if a refund of the entire order or part of the products in the order occurs, the corresponding proportion of CARER credits will be deducted, and the upgraded status of this order will also change.
3)Validity Period of CARER points
Each CARER points are valid for 365 days. If the credits are not used within one year, they will be automatically reset to zero
Conditions of Use
Rewards points are only available to account holders. Rewards points may only be earned and used for online purchases at www.carerspk.com and are non-refundable. Rewards points are not exchangeable for cash and have no cash value.
